Privacy Policy — Maintain Your Home

Maintain Your Home LLC ("Maintain Your Home," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Maintain Your Home mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the App, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

When you submit a maintenance request through the App, we collect:

• **Contact information:** first and last name, phone number, email address
• **Property information:** street address, unit/apartment number, city, state, and ZIP code
• **Request details:** issue category, description of the issue, and urgency level
• **Photos:** up to 3 photos you choose to attach to document the maintenance issue (via your camera or photo library)

We do **not** collect your device's location (GPS), and we do not access your microphone, contacts, or any other data beyond what you voluntarily enter or attach in the request form.

## How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit solely to:

- Process and respond to your maintenance request
- Coordinate with contractors or service providers on your behalf
- Communicate with you about the status of your request

## How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. Submitted request data is transmitted securely to our backend infrastructure (hosted on Cloudflare Workers) and is only accessible to Maintain Your Home LLC staff and the contractors/service providers needed to fulfill your request.

## Data Retention

We retain request information for as long as needed to fulfill your maintenance request and for our business records, after which it may be deleted or anonymized.

## Your Choices

You may decline to grant camera or photo library access; the App will still function, but you won't be able to attach photos to your request. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, contact us using the information below.

## How to Request Deletion of Your Data

If you would like Maintain Your Home to delete the personal information you submitted through the Ap
p (contact information, property/request details, and any attached photos), follow these steps:

1. Send an email to **maintainappusa@gmail.com** with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
2. Include the name, phone number, or email address you used when submitting your request(s), so we
can locate your data.
3. We will confirm and complete your deletion request within 30 days.

**What gets deleted:** your contact information, submitted request details, and any photos you attac
hed.
**What may be retained:** de-identified or aggregated records needed for our legitimate business or
legal recordkeeping (e.g., basic transaction logs), which are no longer linked to you personally.

## Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

## Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
